what can you do to get rid of it and are there any special diets?
you can actually use yogurt for both.
as long as it’s raw and has no additives, you can eat it to help kill the candida in your system and also you can put some on your rash to give relief.
there are lots of other things you should eat and not eat but to explain that would take days. hope this helps
and what made it worse?
I found out that eating garlic works for me.
drink lots of water and i recommend u see your doctor. but what worked for me, for the itchiness espeially, was inserting a tampon with natural yoghurt on.. make sure u buy the right stuff though i think its like organic natural yoghurt.. be sure not to get anything which isnt absolute pure yoghurt. but yes tht worked and lots of people have recommended it. also if you use tampons.. use the ones that are organic.. like i mean they dont have any scents in or anything.. because this will prevent further irritation. i hope it works out
oh i would also drink actimel or something with the good bacteria to help your body’s immune system
good luck in getting rid of it
xx
could you answer mine please if you know this? thanks

i think i night have a yeast infection but i’m not sure, please help! and if you have any advise on how to treat it please share
1) cheese-like discharge
2) swelling around the vulva
3) intense itching
and if you have yeast infection and you must get rid of it as soon as it is possible!!!
if you really want to get rid of yeast infection forever then you must follow these tips:
1) Eat yogurt!!!! It contains helpful bacteria (live cultures, including acidophilus and bifidus) that destroy yeast. Use only plain yogurt with active cultures.
2) Douche with a solution of 1 to 3 tbsp. vinegar in a quart of water. Repeat once a day while having symptoms, but no longer than a week.
3) Decrease or eliminate sugar and sugary foods. Sugar promotes yeast growth.
4) Use a garlic clove as a suppository. Garlic contains a natural anti-fungal agent.
5) Try gentian violet. It’s a traditional remedy for yeast and other infections, and can be found in pharmacies. Swab the area with it once or twice a day. Make sure to use a thick pad – it stains everything.
6) Use an herbal douche. Combine equal amounts of sage, raspberry and comfrey with 1/4 part goldenseal. This can be combined with cider vinegar.
7) You must use herbal treatment. In that case Yeastrol is really good (probably the best) product that gets rid of yeast infection comparatively fast and makes you feel more confident knowing that it wont reappear again!
And of course it is better if you use full course (5 months – if I remember correctly). For me it worked very fast + I dont get yeast infections anymore…
I do not know if any pharmacies carry Yeastrol but I do know that you should purchase it directly from the manufacturer and read more about the product here http://www.yeastrol.com/?aid=221781
good luck!

i have been noticing a bad odor down there but i dont know what it is
obviously i wash every day to go to school in the morning, and i spend like 6 hours of the day without any odor but around 2pm until i take a shower it really smells.
what can i do to get rid of it???
pls help
Bacterial vaginosis can cause that, you would need to see a doctor to be sure. Don’t worry, it doesn’t mean you’re dirty, you can get BV from a lot of things. Wiping your butt the wrong way, not washing your hands when you insert or remove a tampon or before touching yourself, all of those can put bacteria in your nether regions.

I noticed three days ago that I started itching in my vagina area, I tried not to scratch it but I did, now it is slightly red and burns worse. I also have a white discard that has no odor and it is not clumpy at all. I don’t see any warts, but do see tiny bumps that was not there until I scratch it in my sleep. It also burns when I urinate, that happen tonight after I scratch it. Are these symptoms fo a yeast infection or something worse?
I don’t have insurance and I am worried about how to treat this on my own. Please help me with any suggestions you may have.
Thank you
I would certainly go to a clinic or Planned Parenthood. They will check you out to make sure you don’t have an STD. You really shouldn’t wait. Alot of the symptoms sound like a yeast infection, but I’m a little concerned about the tiny bumps. If you go to the clinic or Planned Parenthood, you will have to pay little to nothing for the visit and the prescription. Good luck girl and go ASAP!
I’m 13 and i think I might have it so I just wanted to make sure before I told my mom to go buy medicine for it…and if I do what kind of medicine should I get?
also where can I buy tests for it? Im hoping that I don’t have to stick it up "there" beciase I’m a virgin and im looking foward to keeping it for a long time.
it itches like crazy and u get a white discharge
and thats about it
and for the medicine get the 7 day treatment
that one you can apply on the outsides of the vagina and it calms
the itchiness
